Depending on their nature, the following terms and conditions are applicable on our offers, agreements and any commitments rising there from :

AVC/General Conditions of Transport-2002, CMR-Conditions always supplemented by AVC-2002, General Terms and Conditions of Exceptional Transport, General Storage Conditions, Logistic Services Conditions 2014, Dutch Forwarding Conditions 2004 and Conditions of payment Koninklijk Nederlands Vervoer 2002. With regard to the above mentioned conditions the latest version is applicable. The above mentioned conditions can be accessed on this page by clicking on the applicable link.

All work is governed exclusively by Dutch law, The District Court of Rotterdam has exclusive Jurisdiction to render a decision in respect of any and all disputes that ensue from or are related to all our work or business decisions.

Fuel Surcharge

Important notification!
We apply a fuel surcharge on all transports that will take place from 14-03-2022. The date of execution determines the fuel surcharge and is adjusted weekly to the then applicable fuel prices.

The Fuel Surcharge for this week (12) is 1,46%.

Road transport

The General Transport Conditions 2002 (AVC) apply to transport.

Exceptional transport

The General Terms & Conditions for Exceptional Transport (AVET) apply to exceptional transport.

Cross-border Transport

The CMR conditions for cross-border transport apply to all international transport.

Warehousing

The General Storage Conditions and Logistics Services Conditions 2014 apply to all warehousing.

Payment

With regard to payments concerning the transport, warehousing and other activities assigned to the transporter, as determined by KNV Goederenvervoer.

Forwarding and customs operations

The Dutch Forwarding Conditions issued by FENEX apply to forwarding and customs operations.
